A young, bald monk in saffron robes

A young, bald monk in saffron robes stands in deep shadow inside a stone cell, extending a wooden prayer bead necklace toward a massive, scaled iguana. The figures are heavily silhouetted against hazy twilight filtering through a wrought-iron barred window. Beyond the rusted bars, swirling purple clouds and two crescent suns set over a jagged desert canyon. Shot on 35mm anamorphic film, the composition features heavy grain, low-key chiaroscuro lighting, deep crushed blacks, and a highly atmospheric, moody dark fantasy aesthetic.
